Forest Groove Studio was born out of a passion and love for sharing authentic movement and sound. We offer a variety of movement and sound classes and events in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment.

Daniel is a professional musician, facilitator and guide. He offers sound healing journeys, breath work and therapeutic musical experiences for Forest Groove Classes, Dances and Events.
