Katie Offers many styles of bodywork for pain relief, injury rehab and prevention, stress relief and emotional well-being.
All sessions are individualized to suit each persons needs.
She offers both Therapeutic Table Massage and Thai Yoga Bodywork.
Her Therapeutic Massage Sessions combine elements of deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point, Myofascial, Myokinestic, Swedish, Ayurveda, Acupressure and Energy Work.
She specializes in treating many conditions, including tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, headaches/migraines, back and neck pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, knee pain, stress reduction, digestive issues, anxiety and more.
She also specializes in Children’s Massage for kids and teens ages 6+.
Prenatal and Post Partum Massage is available as well.
