I offer many styles of bodywork for pain relief, injury rehab and prevention, stress relief and emotional well-being.

All sessions are individualized to suit each persons needs.

I offer both Therapeutic Table Massage and Thai Yoga Bodywork.

My Therapeutic Massage Sessions combine elements of deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point, Myofascial, Myokinestic, Swedish, Ayurveda, Acupressure and Energy Work.

I specialize in treating many conditions, including tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, headaches/migraines, back and neck pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, knee pain, stress reduction, digestive issues, anxiety and more.

I also specializes in Children’s Massage for kids and teens ages 6+.

Prenatal and Post Partum Massage is available as well.
